Shipping & Returns

We ship in three methods:

  1. Standard shipping – Takes 5-7 business days countrywide
  2. Priority shipping – Takes 3-5 business days countrywide
  3. Free shipping – Is automatically applied to cart when order is ₦150,000+

Note: Packages can arrive earlier than estimated dates.

At Missus Outfits, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges on any of our products. We encourage you to carefully review our product descriptions, sizing charts, and product images before making a purchase.

At Missus Outfits, we’re excited to share our passion for fashion with customers around the world! Unfortunately, we currently only ship within Nigeria. However, we’re working hard to expand our shipping options and plan to offer international shipping in the near future.

Payments

Payments can be made through the following payment methods:

  • Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve etc) through the Paystack payment gateway at Checkout
  • Direct bank transfers

Currently, there are no tax charges on any item available on the website.

Assistance

We do not offer refunds on any purchase. We encourage you to carefully go through your order before placing it.

There is a size guide on the product page to make understanding your size easy, refer to it if unsure.

Additionally, we encourage customers to go through product details on every product page to know if a product runs small. If the product runs small, we advise to go up a size.
